Questions
Is this the normal current FPL season?
No. The preview is a separate unofficial competition concept with a seeded historic-season-inspired player pool and extra challenge rules layered on top.
Will I need an FPL account to play?
No account is needed for the playable preview. Final leaderboard entry requirements will be confirmed once the full event rules are locked.
Is this affiliated with Fantasy Premier League?
No. Virtual FPL is an unofficial FPL Page event for entertainment and nostalgia.
Is the preview using a complete historical database?
Not yet. The current player pool is a seeded playable preview so the product, scoring, and squad-building loop can be tested before committing to a complete historic data source.
